Privacy Policy

1. Website (lonetravellergames.com)

This website is a static document with no analytics, advertising, cookies, forms or tracking scripts. When you visit it, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and requested resource in order to deliver the site and defend against abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and efficient provision of this service).

2. Game “Eternal Cultivation” (Android)

Eternal Cultivation (package com.eternal.cultivation) is developed and operated by Lone Traveller Studios. For privacy questions, email antoniokischka@gmail.com.

Account and identity

When you sign in with Google we process your Google email address, basic profile information and authentication tokens needed to verify the sign-in. Epic Online Services assigns an online player identifier that links your account, progress and online activity. Your Google password is never transmitted to us or stored.

Save data and settings

We process your save data including cultivation progress, inventory and equipment, currencies, unlocks, achievements, leaderboard statistics and settings. It is stored on your device and through Epic Online Services so progress can be restored and synced across devices.

Multiplayer and community

Online features process your player identifier, display name, character profile, presence, friends, leaderboard entries, Sect membership and actions, public chat, Sect chat, private messages and in-game mail. Messages and public profile details are visible to their recipients and, where needed, to moderation and support staff. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat.

Device, network and diagnostic information

The game and its service providers may process IP address, approximate region derived from it, device and OS information, app version, language, network events, crash and security data — to provide the service, diagnose failures, prevent fraud and cheating, and protect accounts.

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing accounts, saves, multiplayer, chat, mail, Sects, leaderboards and achievements.
• Legitimate interests in security, abuse prevention and reliable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
• Consent for personalized advertising or device storage where required (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

3. Rewarded advertising and consent

Eternal Cultivation uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded videos. Google and participating advertising partners may process IP address, approximate region, ad and app interactions, diagnostics, and Android advertising or app-set identifiers. Depending on your region, consent choices and device settings, ads may be personalized, non-personalized or limited.

Where required, the game asks for your advertising preferences before loading ads. You can revisit them anytime via Privacy Choices in the Jade Shop. Declining personalization does not remove the optional rewarded-ad feature but changes how eligible ads are selected.

4. Service providers

• Google — Google Sign-In, Google Play, AdMob, consent management (privacy policy).
• Epic Games — Epic Online Services: player identity, cloud saves, friends, presence, lobbies, achievements, leaderboards (privacy policy).
• Cloudflare — secure delivery of multiplayer, chat, Sect, mail and backend services (privacy policy).

Disclosure may also occur when required by law, to protect players or the service, to investigate fraud, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. Personal information is never sold.

5. Retention and deletion

Public chat is normally retained up to 8 hours, Sect chat up to 24 hours and private chat up to 48 hours. Mail is capacity-limited and remains until claimed, deleted or displaced. Account, save, Sect, moderation, security and reward records are kept as long as operation, integrity protection, disputes or legal obligations require.

To delete data controlled by Lone Traveller follow the account deletion instructions. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes local device data only; cloud and third-party records remain unaffected.

6. Security and international processing

Reasonable safeguards include encrypted transport, signed authentication tokens, access controls and service separation. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process data in other countries using safeguards required for international transfers.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent. Use the in-game advertising privacy controls or email antoniokischka@gmail.com. We may ask limited questions to verify a request concerns your account. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Children

Eternal Cultivation is not directed at children under 13. Where your place of residence requires a higher minimum age for consent, a parent or guardian must provide permission. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when the game, providers or legal requirements change; the date above will be adjusted. Material changes may also be announced in-game or in the store listing.
