Send a deletion request

  1. Email antoniokischka@gmail.com with the subject Eternal Cultivation data deletion.
  2. Include your in-game display name and the Google email address you use to sign in. Do not send your password or authentication codes.
  3. If needed, we will ask for limited additional information to verify that the request belongs to you.

We acknowledge every request and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If local law requires a different period, that period applies.

What will be deleted

We delete or de-identify personal information controlled by Lone Traveller that can be linked to your verified account — online profile records, server-side multiplayer and Sect records, chat and mail still within retention periods, and game save data under our control.

Narrowly limited records may remain where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, enforcement or dispute resolution. Already de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may also remain.

Device and third-party data

Uninstall Eternal Cultivation or clear its storage in Android settings to remove local game data from that device. Information controlled independently by Google, Epic Games or another provider requires that provider’s own account or privacy tools. Deleting data may permanently remove progress and access to online records and cannot necessarily be reversed.
